BACKGROUND

I’m passionate about teaching the traditional & professional methods of making delicious artisan cheese.

Why?
As a teen, I visited my Girl Scout pen-pal in Denmark. I ate shockingly weird but delectable cheeses. I liked that cheese so much that years later, I ran a small goat dairy in urban St. Louis, Missouri, & took extensive professional level cheese making classes both in Denmark, & in the USA at the Vermont Institute for Artisan Cheese. The best use for all my knowledge is to pass it on to you!
